• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

• Sale or gift card items are non-returnable unless they are defective.

How to Return or Exchange:

2. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.

3. Our team will guide you with further instructions.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your returned item.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges:

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please indicate this when initiating your return.

• Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
